I designed a custom illustration to promote a diversity conference for the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities hosted by John Brown University. The conference this year is entitled "Enacting Justice, Mercy, and Reconciliation on a Diverse Campus." The goal was to communicate not only the ideas in the title but the ongoing conversation of creating a sense of belonging on campuses. I worked closely with faculty to conceptualize the premise of the conference and designed a few iterations for them to choose from. I believe this design helps orient attendees to the common ground that can be found when we have deep conversations and celebrate the differences in culture.
